Perfection!

This board is just the best. Beautiful, versatile, and fun! It cuts through the East coast crud and floats through powder on those rare East coast pow days. When I had a crash last year when another rider slammed into me and damaged the ladies choice I had, there was only one board on my mind for my next purchase, the ladies choice. So excited to get back out there and continue my journey. I progressed a lot on the ladies choice. It is comfortable to ride while giving me enough of a challenge for continued growth. A perfect one board quiver option. If you are in the market for one board that does it all, then you will find it in this board!

Awesome all around board

I've ridden a Ladies Choice for about five years and I have absolutely loved it. My first thought was how fast it is! It has such a high quality base material, and if you take care of it (wax!) it will not let you down. It's got great pop, the c2 camber profile is way poppier than other rockered boards I have ridden. I've ridden it for maybe 80-100 days a season, ranging from jumps, jibs, half pipe, powder, summer slush, and banked slaloms. It's been so fun. If you're looking to hit large jumps and boost in the pipe, you may prefer the pro choice (c3 camber), but for someone like me (medium jumps, pipe on occasion) this board is perfect. The fact that it's rockered makes it awesome for jibs, and presses happen so naturally. For pow riding, you'll have more fun if you set the stance back a little, but since it's rockered it does float and maneuver great through powder and trees. I'm 5'2, 113lbs and ride the 145.5 which I was afraid would be too big at first. It's been a great size for me, as the slightly bigger size works better on jumps and at higher speeds, and it really doesn't feel too big on jibs. I love this board!

Excels on everything except metal

This is the perf all mountain freestyle but I feel it is marketed toward park a bit too much. On jumps and side hits it's absolutely amazing and it pops off lips like butter...but it's kind of a nightmare on rails. When doing boardslides on straight features and 50/50s on kinked features, the rocker between the feet made it super unstable. It's really hard to find the sweetspot to lock in when the rocker to camber transition is where I boardslide.

OBSESSED!

This board is crazy fun to ride! Riding the Ice Coast, the magnetraction is a game changer. Mervin customer for life with these edges!! This board pops & rips, and I feel super stable at high speeds! Floats right over the chunder. My only feedback would be to please make a wide waist board for us ladies with big feet! With a 9.5/10 size foot, I had to go with a longer board than I would have liked and it's pushing it with the waist/foot measurements. Also, the topsheet is delicate and chips/scuffs easily as other reviewers have mentioned. The '23 is so gorgeous and it pains me that it isn't in perfect shape anymore. All that said, it's still hands down my favorite board I own!

Love this board!

Perfect for all mountain rippers. Solid at high speeds, yet not too much board for playing around. As I am getting older, I am enjoying the C2 camber not being as aggressive and as much work as a full camber snowboard. Makes riding easy in all conditions. The Asym combined with the Mag is so helpful in icy conditions
