Mervin Manufacturing accepts returns on items purchased directly from us within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must be returned in new and unused condition with original packaging and stickers. You are responsible for return freight unless the items arrive damaged, defective or you receive a mis-shipment. Refunds typically appear on credit card accounts one (1) billing cycle from the original date of purchase. If your return was a gift, the credit will go to the original purchaser of the item. If you want to exchange your item, you will need to place a second order for that item.

We will then provide a RMA number and shipping address to send your return to.

Of course you can always return your purchased products.

Please note the following instructions:

• We only accept returns of items that were purchased directly from us, within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Returned items must be in new and unused condition with original packaging and stickers.

• You are responsible for return freight unless the items arrive damaged, defective or you receive a mis-shipment.

• To start a return, please send us an email with your order number to: europe@mervin.com

• We will get back to you as soon as possible and provide a return number. This return number (RAxxxxx) must be given (well visible) as a package reference with your return. 

• Drop off your parcel at any courier service. Keep the receipt. If the package gets lost, this will be needed to track your parcel.

• We only take responsibility once the package has reached our warehouse. 

• Refunds typically appear on Credit Card/Paypal accounts within 10 business days after your return has been successfully processed by our warehouse.

• If you want to exchange your item, you will first need to return it and then place a new order for that item.
