i was on the headspace all of last season and soon to be this season. this board handles everything and is super fun whether you’re ripping park or just cruising around the mountain with your friends. it’s very playful and soft but can easily handle big jumps, let alone press the F out of some rails!
I've been a fan of Forest Bailey's artwork for years now and this one did it. Not only is the artwork outstanding but the board rides like a bull. Things a champ and is easy controllable. I love the graphics, magne-traction and...... well everything.
Can't go wrong with this board or either version of the Rider's Choice, it's all about personal preference. I really like the Head Space for everything park, and since I'm riding there most of the time the board is perfection for me. The base is fast, maybe a little bit lower maintenance than the Rider's Choice base. Lots of pop, forgiving but stiff enough for big jumps and high speed. If you are mostly a park rider, this is your board. If you spend more time outside the park but still find yourself in there sometimes, the Riders Choice might serve you better.
Bought this board for the 2021 season and I have loved every day of riding it. Feels great for extreme carving and freestyle riding. I might have liked it with a little more flex but you can really bend this thing and have some fun with it. Overall a great board, sad the season is over!
I have the 155 cm version of this board. now, most people call me seriously heavy on things, and yes, I have not been the best to my board this year, I already have this massive core shot in the middle of the board, but it was easily fixed with some ptex and is holding up surprisingly well. so far this has been my favorite board I have EVER owned. This board is amazing on: jibs, pow, wallrides, rails, jumps, and groomers for me, not only is it great on those things its also great for stopping quickly when a small child gets in the way of a jib with the magnatraction
