this board is stiff enough to carve hard and boooooost airs on transition. I'd recommend for any all-mountain rider looking for an all-around board, it's lasted me all season without losing any pop and I tend to ride 2-3x a week. my friends and I love the graphic too!
This board is the best thing that's happened to me. I went from being tossed around PNW chunder; super snow on cat tracks; and cautious in the trees. This board charges! I can hold high speeds with confidence! It chops through crud and tracked out runs, and rides like a DREAM in powder and trees. I took this catboarding at Baldface and had the best time ever. I convinced several other women to demo this board at BF, and they all are now considering adding it to their collection. If you are an intermediate rider and want to take your skills to the next level, this board and some stiff boots will rocket you into space ???? Plus, Christy is the sweetest human ever and how could you not support a female pro board?! She's been working on this board for 25+ years, and it shows. 20/10 recommend.
This is the board I’ve waited for my whole snowboarding life. I’m obsessed. Super responsive in all conditions and as an east coast rider that’s key. This is definitely a board for a more experienced rider who knows how to use their feet to manipulate the board; it’s a bit heavy when you have to use that back foot to whip it around. I get power and speed out of this board and it owns in the trees, moguls, powder, groomers, and ice.
If you want a true power machine - this is what you need. As an intermediate rider I can feel that this board really allows me to progress. It has no problems in resorts, slashes through groomers and ice equally. Saved me a couple of times when I was about to catch an edge, overall super stable board. Feels great and floaty in pow as well.
Wow. Just..wow. I've tried a LOT of snowboards and this board truly is a culmination of women's snowboard design over years and years. I LOVE this snowboard. I don't have to think about what I am doing when I'm riding, it just is an extension of my legs and carves the literal poo out of groomers and hard pack, and just floaty mcfloats in powder. I don't know, this board may just be a ladies quiver killer. I have a lot of boards to choose from when I ride and I kept picking the Barrett when going up to ride. This board is a dream for an aggressive woman who wants a hard charging board to have a good time on. But I can see it being a board that an intermediate rider can really progress on if given a chance. This board will take care of you. There were a couple times I found myself maybe about to catch an edge but this board just righted itself and kept going. Like I said, it really is an extension of my legs. If you need a do-it-all machine of a board, spend your money on this. Well worth every single ice cold penny.
