Flex

How easily does this snowboard bend under pressure? A soft flex is great for fun maneuverability while a stiff flex is better for aggressive high speed hill bombing.

Can’t think of single person that wouldn’t love the playful personality of this board

I spent a lot of time in the water and started writing single boards before the wakeboard came out. Sending this to say I have a lot of time on slalom skis and wakeboards. I had been looking for a board that would fit my established writing style; I wanted to board that would break loose when I needed to and cut butters, but would also like an edge and carve when I wanted it to, and I found that in a glider truly it does glide underneath me almost intuitively yet holds an edge on ice that is confidence inspiring. I have owned in ridden six other boards and still have five of them. I started snowboarding in 2004.

Inaccurate Colors

Great entry level board but beware, the colors are very inaccurately represented. The photos online depict muted oranges and yellows with brighter teals. It is HIGHLIGHTER yellow and orange on the front and back. I would have preferred what is shown in the photos. Luckily the bindings cover the majority of the overwhelming colors and leave just the center graphic showing.

Lovin my Glider

I’m a beginner/intermediate rider. Mainly blues and park runs. Usually riding kinda icy conditions (pnw). I’m 5’7” and 130lbs~ and got the 147 length -I think it’s a great size for me. I was able to ask Lib Tech questions thru the libtech website and their Instagram. Everyone that has helped, has been so kind. I wasn’t able to find the board at a local shop, so I was really hesitant ordering it online. Thankfully, everyone was patient and answered all my silly questions. Thank you Lib Tech peeps! The board I’m replacing is the Salomon Lotus from (2017~) and my main concern was weight and flexibility. The Glider has been so awesome. It’s a lot lighter to jump with and easier to butter with than the Lotus. Also, I’ve been loving the magnitraction. I’m finding my edge when most people are slipping in the ice. The Glider has made my overall riding experience so much better! Thanks again Lib Tech!!

Great Entry Level Board

I purchased this board for my girlfriend as it's a great beginner board, turns are easy to initiate and the Magntraction really grips the ice which is a huge plus for the resorts near us that are generally steep and icy slopes. Grab some Bent Metal Metta bindings and go HAM! P.S. it's just a beautiful board. The artwork is amazing.

GLIDER

This board not only looks fantastic but rides fantastic! Being a heavier girl and using this for her first season, the first day did not disappoint. The "B" grade board has imperfections that are not really noticeable to the naked eye, and still offers the same great qualities. The technology in the board is amazing and I can't wait to see what else this season will bring! GO LIB TECH!
